Dance for a Cure 2009

Pre-professional youth dancers ranging in age from 7-18 and professional artists from Los Angeles will embrace the stage with passion and powerful dances that will leave you inspired and full of hope.

 

This is the fifth annual "Dance for a Cure" inspired by the Executive Producer's sister, Tricia, who had a seven year battle with cancer and is now in remission.

 

All of the net proceeds from this amazing event will benefit Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (75%) and the Pete Gross House (25%).

 

Please come and help us in our efforts to fund cancer research and help care for families of those receiving treatment.

Saturday May 16th, 2009

• Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for silent auction and light hors d'oeuvres.
• Theatre doors open at 6:30 p.m. for Festival seating.
• Show begins at 7:00 p.m.

• $15.00 Cancer Champions (Cancer survivors and/or those currently afflicted with cancer)

Elite LA choreographers Joelle Martinec and Christina Woodard will be performing with our very own Mo-dazz Alumnae.  Also performing will be Courtni Lind – So You Think You Can Dance® 2008 joining this all-star cast.
